Absolutely! As long as you have internet access, you can control your devices remotely via the app. You’ll be able to adjust settings, turn lights on or off, and monitor security systems from anywhere in the world.
Our products come with no hidden costs. The only potential recurring cost could be your internet or cloud storage service for video surveillance devices, but that's entirely optional and depends on your needs.
In general, yes—strong Wi-Fi ensures smoother and more stable performance. That said, most of our smart devices connect to a hub via Zigbee, not Wi-Fi. This means only the hubs need a strong Wi-Fi connection. So, you’ll just need good coverage where your hubs are placed, not throughout the entire house.
Yes, your smart home will still function even if the internet is down. As long as your phone stays connected to your home Wi-Fi (even without internet), automations, scenes, and in-app controls while you're at home will continue to work—these are handled locally by the Smart Hub.
Our smart switches are wired directly into your home’s electrical system, so you can always use them manually like conventional switches, even without Wi-Fi or internet access.
If you're outside your home and there's no internet connection, you won’t be able to control your devices remotely. But don’t worry—remote access and smart features will automatically resume once your internet connection is restored.
Yes, the physical switches will always work, even if your router is off. However, you’ll temporarily lose smart features like app control or automations.
Once your Wi-Fi is back on, our Smart Hubs will automatically reconnect, and your smart functions will be restored—no extra setup needed.
Smart Home
We offer switches for both types of homes—those with or without a neutral wire. Only some of our models require a neutral wire. Most of our switches are designed to be plug-and-play and easy to retrofit, so you can upgrade your switches without extensive renovations.
All of our switches are Zigbee-based. Zigbee ensures better reliability, low power usage, and seamless integration with your smart home hub, giving you a smoother, more responsive experience.
Yes! Our smart switches support both traditional and wireless two-way setups. Even if your home doesn’t have physical two-way wiring, you can still achieve the same effect.
For example, you can use an empty gang (an unused button on your switch) and configure it to wirelessly control another light. This lets you create a convenient two-way setup—like turning off the bedroom light from the door and the bed—without rewiring your home.
If you're using a non-neutral switch, just make sure that at least one gang is connected to a light, as it needs to complete the circuit in order to work.
