• Delivery is unavailable to P.O. Box areas and hotels.
• All services are not available for restricted areas, e.g., Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas, e.g., Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, and Lazarus Island.
  

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

✅ 7-day return window from delivery date

✅ Items must be:

• • Unused/unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Include all accessories

❌ Non-returnable items:

• • Digital goods (Software/downloads)
    
  • Customized products
  • Final sale items (marked as such)

2. How to Return

• Request authorization: Email warranty@smarthome.com.sg with:
  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
• Ship it back:
  • We'll provide a return label (free for defective items)
  • Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns
• Inspect & Process:
  • Refunds issued within 10 business days of receipt
  • Original payment method only

3. Refund Details

• Full refund: For defective/wrong items
• Partial refund: For missing accessories or restocking fees (if applicable)
• Store credit option: Available upon request

4. Exchanges

• We'll replace defective items at no cost
• For size/color exchanges: Return original item and place new order

5. Damaged/Missing Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of damaged packaging/product
