These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Smart-Home ("we," "us," or "our") website and purchases of smart home products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Terms
- Eligibility: You must be 18+ (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase from us.
- Accuracy: Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change. We are not liable for errors.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and activity.
2. Orders & Payments
- Pricing: All prices are in SGD and exclude taxes/shipping (added at checkout).
- Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paynow. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, stock issues or any other issues at our sole discretion.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).
- Delays: We are not liable for delays and item loss caused by carriers or unforeseen events (e.g., weather).
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for customs fees and compliance with local laws.
4. Returns, Refunds & Warranties
- Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 3 days from delivery.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Items with indications of use, tampering, or physical damage may be rejected or incur additional restocking fees.

- Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after receiving returned items.
- Processing fees incurred during the initial payment and refund (e.g., payment gateway fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Intellectual Property
- All website content (logos, text, product designs) is owned by us and protected under copyright/trademark laws.

- Use our products for illegal purposes (e.g., hacking, surveillance without consent).
- Reverse-engineer or modify smart home devices in violation of warranties.
- Scrape data or disrupt our website’s functionality.
